Common questions

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

In Fiqro, open the Parents' corner and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fiqro → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fiqro → Cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

iPhone/iPad: Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: request a refund from your Google Play order history.

What can we play for free?

Every day you get 3 free challenges from different skills, on one profile. They refresh at midnight. A subscription unlocks all worlds and levels, and the Family plan includes up to 6 profiles. Yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial.

How many profiles does the Family plan include?

Up to 6 profiles of any age. Each profile has its own level and progress.

What happens to our profiles if the subscription ends?

If your subscription ends, extra profiles are locked, not deleted, and unlock when you subscribe again. Progress stays on your device.

Does Fiqro work without internet?

Yes. You can use Fiqro offline. You need an internet connection only to buy or restore a subscription, and now and then so Fiqro can check your subscription renewed.

Does Fiqro show ads or track my child?

No. Fiqro has no ads and no third-party tracking. See our Privacy Policy.

Why did my children's progress disappear after I reinstalled Fiqro?

To protect your family's privacy, Fiqro saves profiles and progress only on your device. They are never sent to us or stored online, so deleting the app deletes them too. Before deleting the app or changing devices, use Parents' corner → Save a backup, then Restore from backup to bring everything back.

I'm getting a new tablet or phone. Will we lose our progress?

No, if you move it with a backup. On the old device: Parents' corner → Save a backup, then send the file to the new device (AirDrop, Files, Google Drive or email). On the new device: install Fiqro → Parents' corner → Restore from backup. This works between iPhone, iPad and Android. Transferring your whole device with Apple Quick Start or Android's “copy apps and data” may also bring it across, but a Fiqro backup is the safest way. Then use Restore purchases to unlock your subscription. Saving and restoring a backup is always free, with or without a subscription.

How does restoring a backup work?

In the Parents' corner, tap Restore from backup and pick the file. Fiqro shows the device, the date and the profiles inside. Choose Replace to replace everything on this device (Fiqro keeps a safety copy for 7 days), or Merge to add only the profiles you tick, for example one child's profile on their own tablet. Merge combines progress and never overwrites it. If the same child seems to be on both, Fiqro asks you before combining them.

How do I delete my data?

See Delete your data.
